We started the route de vin fairly early and hoped to get a few tastings in before returning our car in Strasbourg. We had one or two stops and got to a little village we had stopped in previously called Riebeville where we had lunch (Tarte Flambee ). We returned our car in Strasbourg to our friend Paul who runs the garage and waited for Bart to pick us up. We got to Karlsruhe again and were greeted by Sylwunka and the amazing kids (Oliver and Nievah). We had some champagne and wine and an amazing dinner once again cooked by Sylwia. Since it was second night Rosh Hashanah we had apples and honey too .We ate like little pigs and it was wonderful! It was so nice to be in a home environment with home-cooked food and such amazing people. Thanks Bart, Sylwunker, Oli and Nievah.
